I can teach you to understand your emotions, thoughts and actions and feel good. You can find values in yourself and in life. You can live an ordinary day and feel blissful. You can use the challenges and transform them to strengths. You can learn from failures and mistakes. You can think fearlessly and stay optimistic about the future. It is your emotions and thoughts that matter the most.
Troublesome emotions have taught me that we have almost zero knowledge about the power of feelings and thinking. We understand complicated technologies and paradoxically we have poor understanding of ourselves. My clients from
various emotional and mental backgrounds have proved that we all have similar goals. We want to feel good. We want to be happy, feel wanted and loved. We wish to be recognized, equal, accepted and understood.
We live a very stressful life and we are not taught how to be happy in unfortunate conditions. We are preoccupied by the outside world and we don’t know how to be alright with our own life. We mechanically move through the days ignoring our own needs and desires. When something knocks us down we collapse and hope, or expect miracles to happen.
Nothing in life matters when we feel miserable, fearful, sad or desperate. But feeling good takes the same amount of energy as feeling unhappy. We must redirect our energy and boost positive emotions. We have inner resources
to live a powerful and blissful life in our reality. Our own thoughts, feelings, needs and longings make our life what it is. If we give ourselves the chance we can think positively and live a happy life in all circumstances
Emotional roller coasters are not inevitable when we understand our own feelings, thinking and actions. There are techniques to build mental flexibility, emotional resistance and feeling good if only we get on a journey towards happy feelings through knowing and loving oneself.
